Thanks to our jubilarians

As part of our traditional anniversary celebration at Villa Koepf, we honoured the long-standing loyalty and achievements of numerous employees. The management thanked the anniversary celebrants for their significant contribution to the development of our company; some have been part of our team for 40 years.

Especially in times of great challenges due to geopolitical shifts, changing energy and market conditions, and increasing global competition, the willingness of our workforce to learn new things and take on responsibility is of particular value to us. Managing Director Daniel Groz cited our corporate DNA as the reason for the continued stability of Franke GmbH: diligence, reliability, mutual solidarity and openness to innovation. These virtues ensure Franke's position as a reliable employer in Aalen.

In closing, the management team recalled Gustav Mahler's quote: ‘Tradition is not the worship of ashes, but the passing on of fire.’ We want to carry this fire forward through team spirit, enthusiasm and continuous development.
